Introducing the 2015 Spring Sweepstakes Winners
We are so excited to introduce our Spring Sweepstakes winners. These school groups worked very hard to reach their fundraising goals! We are proud to partner with them. Fundraising success can be difficult to achieve but these groups hard work paid off! Here’s a little more about them.
Group- The Village Early Education Center
Leader- Ashley Roth
Sales Goal- $1000
Total Sales- $3688
Ashley Roth led her group to a fundraising win and exceeded their sales goal by over $2500!!! Now that’s something to get excited about! This adorable group of children sold fun pasta to raise money for the school to purchase new classroom toys and a train table. Well done! As a sweepstakes winner The Village will receive a $100 prize check.
Group- Mountainside Preschool
Leader- Pam French
Sales Goal- $3000
Total Sales- $3359
Mountainside Preschool sold fun pasta to raise money for facility upgrades. Not only did they exceed their sales goal but did this with less than 50% participation rate. With a great fundraising product, even a few sellers can achieve the sales goal. Way to go Mountainside. Here are some handy tips to help you get that participation rate up for your next fundraiser.
Group- Stoddard School 5th Grade
Leader- Missy Jobman
Sales Goal- $3000
Total Sales- $4654
The Stoddard Elementary School 5th grade were one of the two grand prize sweepstakes winners! They sold fun pasta to raise money for class parties, 5th grade honors, classroom books, backpack program, t-shirts for students and their artists in residence program. They had a nearly 100% participation rate and exceeded their sales goal significantly. If you are looking for a fundraising group to follow, here’s one.
Group- Columbia Ridge PTO
Leader- Stephanie Mills
Sales Goal- $10,000
Total Sales- $4383
Columbia Ridge PTO sold fun pasta to raise money for teachers, classroom laptops, and playground equipment. While they did not reach their sales goal, they were able to achieve gross sales over $4300!!! They had a nearly 100% participation rate. Way to go students at Columbia Ridge. In fundraising, proper goal setting is one of the keys to the success. High participation rates coupled with a winning fundraising product will help you reach your goals. As one of the two Spring Sweepstakes grand prize winners Columbia Ridge won $250!
Group- Randall Middle School Band Boosters (not pictured)
Group Leader- Stephanie Dahl
Sales Goal- $4000
Total Sales- $3040
Randall Middle School Band sold fun pasta to raise money for instrument repairs, new instruments, music, and music camp scholarships for students. With a nearly 100% participation rate, they got very close to meeting their fundraising goal. We hope the $100 prize check helps with some of those expenses!
