My job title is…

VP of a long list of things! I have been with The Pasta Shoppe and Fun Pasta Fundraising since the beginning….day ONE!

Why Pasta?

Read my post 🙂  When traveling in California for an old job, I noticed these fresh pasta shops popping up and growing. We loved pasta already (honeymooned in Italy) and thought briefly that we’d open up a fresh pasta shop in Nashville- but the city wasn’t ready yet- we didn’t even have specialty bread shops yet! So we decided to go the manufacturing route….and the rest, as they say, is history!

When I’m not at the Pasta Shoppe I’m…

Driving my boys from one thing to another, shopping at the grocery store, hiking with friends, etc.

A person I admire who has influenced me is…

My mother, “Cookie”, an awesome cook and caterer.

Right now I am reading….

A bunch of cookbooks! I need inspiration to strike as I write our new recipe blog, WorldofPastabilities.com.

In 10 years I see myself…

Happy, cooking and entertaining, visiting my kids wherever they end up settling after college, and working at The Pasta Shoppe!

My favorite sport is…

Hockey (I’ve been brain-washed) Let’s go Predators!

Lately I’m craving…

I’m always craving QUESO! To me, it’s its own food group.

Talent I wish I had-

Singing, along with a lot of Nashvillians!

My sweet dog, Keely or as I refer to her, my “daughter” Keely.  What can I say, in a house dominated by males???
