• How much profit will we earn?
  Master Orders over $3,000 will earn 50%. Less than $3,000 will earn 40%. Profits from Cyber Sales orders are always 40%.
• Do we have to be a BIG group to work with you?
  We work with groups of all sizes! Teams, classes, bands, People to People individuals, as well as PTO groups.
• Is there a minimum order?
  There is no minimum order.
• Why don’t you have my College or University pasta?
  We currently license more than 25 schools, with plans to expand in the future. View pdf of our brochure for current school list.
• What is your prize package?
  For every $1,000 your group sells, you will earn one $10 gift card from Walmart or iTunes.
• Do we have to order pasta in case quantities?
  No, we send you exactly what is on your Master Order.
• How much do we pay for the pasta?
  You will sell the pasta for $6.50, $7.50 and $11.00 as seen in the brochure. You will earn 40% or 50% profit based on your order size.
• Do Cyber Sales count toward our 50% profit goal?
  You will earn 40% on all Cyber Sales. These sales are totally separate from your Master Order, where you will earn 40-50%.
• Do you pack to the individual seller?
  No. We pack by product and give you and easy and organized process for distributing orders. Bags are provided.
• Where should I send my check?

• Do I have to overnight my check?
  Your order is released to the warehouse when we receive your check. So, for faster processing, you may choose to overnight your payment.
• Can I pay with a credit card?
  We prefer checks. If you must, however, there is a 5% convenience fee.
• Do I need to send in all of the individual money envelopes?
  No, you will need them to pack sellers’ orders. You will submit your Master Order online.
• What do I do if I receive additional orders after I place the Master Order?
  You can log into your account and “Place an Additional Order”. Because you have already submitted your master order, you will need to pay shipping.
• How do I report discrepancies in my order?
  After completely checking in your shipment, fax or email the Order Check-In Sheet located on Box #1.
• How quickly will I get my order?
  Orders ship from Nashville, TN within 3-5 working days, after receipt of payment. During October-December, please allow for up to 10-15 working day. FedEx Ground will deliver between1-4 business days after shipping.
